Cancellation & refund policy

When you book an appointment with Cluas, a specific consultation time is reserved for you. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your consultation fee can be refunded or transferred to a new appointment time.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not attend your appointment, the consultation fee may be retained. This is because the appointment time has been reserved and may not be possible to offer to another client at short notice.
